A weight loss diet menu is easy to come up with and follow. Generally speaking, a good weight loss diet menu should focus on incorporating high fiber foods and careful planning. These rules will set anyone on the path of easy weight loss.

The first rule to follow when putting together a weight loss diet menu is to identify high fiber foods to incorporate in your diet. High fiber foods consist of vegetables, whole grains, nuts, fruits, and legumes. Most fiber comes from plant matter. Plants have cell walls made of cellulose which animals can not fully digest, this helps flush out many of the bad things we eat. Not to mention that high fiber foods make you feel fuller.

A good snack option would be ¼ of a cup of almonds which has about 4 grams of fiber. Fruits are also good snack options as long as you eat the pulp. The point is not to focus on what not to eat but to focus on incorporating high fiber foods as much as possible and the weight will come off

Lastly, an important part of a weight loss menu is planning. Figuring out what your preferences are, and writing out a shopping list should be the first step. Once you have your weight loss menu items, menu planning should be next. Planning your weigh loss menu ahead of time will help take the focus off of constantly thinking about food which might help ease any cravings and temptations.

Cinnamon

Its effect on sugar makes it helpful in losing weight because it lowers the percentage of bad cholesterol leaving the good ones the same.
