If i drink a lot of water, no soda, no candy, etc
will i lose weight ?
whats an easy “diet” a 16 year old can maintain.
I usually dont eat all day until night but im noticing that it makes me feel/look fatter .
help plz ??

also, i really wanna lose weight i feel so depressed at times.
help ASAP.

I have about 15-20 lbs I would like to lose. I’m not looking to “diet,” but rather just change my eating habits completely.

No soda, junk food, sweets. Change your white bread to wheat bread. Cardio for 60-90 mins per day. Doesn’t get as simple as that. Good luck

Okay for starters, I know I’m not ‘fat’. I do complain about my weight and my family and friends say I’m fine. But I am not at all happy with myself, I don’t like my body and I’m not comfortable with it either. I’m not skinny and I just want to lose some weight easily. Since my parents think I’m fine, I can’t buy any weight loss programs or whatever online and I don’t even know what works and doesn’t. I would really appreciate it if somebody could share with me what works really well icon smile And things to avoid. Thankyouu !
I’m about 160cm tall and about 55kg and I’m almost 15.

its easy i did this and lost 23 kgs ahahah
drink lots of water at least 2L a day
eat lots of protien
minimum amount of carbs as possible
and run 30mins a day
