Birth Control Question..?

Ive never in my entire lifetime been on b/c before. I just had our 2nd baby and arent “planning” anymore at all. I am thinking about b/c, but Im worried about weight-gain. Before I found out I was pregnant, I lost 19 lbs and as soon as the doctor clears me, Im going to be on my weight-loss journey again, hopefully getting into my weight-range. What is the best type of b/c withOUT taking pills everyday would you suggest? Im due to see the doc tomorrow and dont know yet what Im gonna do? Ive done my research, but I need opinions about the different types/kinds that other people used/liked/disliked. Thank you in advance.
